I was so excited to meet Alanna! I knew I was gonna love her as soon as I spoke to her on the phone and she mentioned that she wanted to wear her purple converse shoes! If you haven't noticed, us Floridians LIVE in our flip flops, so it was nice to switch it up a bit!

I had so much fun hanging with her and her sister! Even though we got caught in a torrential down pour, it didn't dampen her spirits at all! I was honored to be able to capture her senior photos while they were here visiting from Nebraska. Enjoy the rest of your summer, Alanna!!!

Here are a few questions I asked Alanna:

What is your schools mascot? My school's mascot is the mustang horse.

If you could be a superhero, what would you want your superpowers to be? If i could have any super power, i would want to read minds, maybe i would ace my tests!

If you could trade places with any other person for a week, famous or not famous, living or dead, real or fictional. with whom would it be? If i could switch places with anyone, it would have to be Hayley Williams from the band, Paramore. she is so punk and cute and i'd like to be in a band!

What are your plans after high school? My plans after highschool are, MOVING OUT. then enlisting in the U.S Coast Guard and living in Florida.

What is your favorite food! My favorite food of ALL time is cheeseburgers. doesnt matter where i'm at, i always order one. even if its a sea food restaurant.

I have known Yannie since she was about 6 years old and used to babysit her and her sisters. Never would have dreamed I would be taking her senior photos! I had so much fun catching up with her mom during the session! I hope you enjoy your photos, Yannie. You have grown up to be a beautiful young lady!

Plans after high school?
I plan to attend university of florida to further my studies for becoming a radiologist

Where have you lived other than Santa Rosa Beach?
I have never lived anywhere other than santa rosa beach, i have lived in the same house since i was born!.. no adventures.

What is the most important quality in a friend?
The most important quality in a friend is trust, and if they have that then all the need is to know how to have fun!

Ice cream or potato chips? DEFINITLY ice cream, thats one of my weaknesses.
Flavor... hmmm they are all so good! I never stick to just one, Chocolate, cake batter, cookie dough, anything besides plain vanilla and coconut.

Favorite thing to wear?
Jean shorts and a cute shirt, and cute flats...although i have an obsession with heels.

I had the pleasure of shooting miss Katie while she was here visiting from Texas! We had a extra hot day the day of her session, but she was a rock star and as you can see looked gorgeous despite the heat.

Allie came to the session ready to go!!! She had some great outfits, her cowboy boots, dress, and jean jacket being one of my favorites! She brought along lots of support. Her mom, sister and best friend were all there to assist and keep her laughing!

You, Allie, are such a natural beauty, which you obviously got from your mom! I enjoyed hanging with you guys for the evening, you guys were a blast. Watch out little sister, can't wait to get my camera on you next :o)

For fun I thought I would start "interviewing" my seniors with a few random questions! Here is what I asked Allie and her answers. ENJOY!

Where else have you lived besides South Walton? - I lived in Cumming, GA for my whole life before moving here about 3 years ago.
What is one beauty product you can not live without? - I CANNOT live without mascara! :)
Favorite thing to wear? - My favorite things to wear are definitely summer clothes... tank tops, sun dresses, shorts.
What is the most important quality in a friend? - Most important quality in a friend is trustworthiness and loyalty; you always need someone to be there for you when you need a hand!

What was the last movie you went to see? - The last movie i went to see was The Last Song, I read the book before i saw it & it was the best book I've ever read!

I THINK NOT! Both of Kim's parents have served our country in the Air Force and have raised their daughter right. She has the kindest spirit and a GORGEOUS smile to go with it! She was so much fun to work with and willing to get dirty! We may have been bitten by a few bugs and pricked by a few thorns, but it was worth it! Kim will be graduating this year from Niceville High School and plans to serve in the Reserves while attending NWFSC.

BOYS BOYS and more BOYS!-30A Senior Photography

This is my 4th guy senior in a row! No worries, I have some girls just around the corner! I don't mind though, I have had so much fun with my guys and Colin was no exception.

Colin is visiting from Ohio, which just so happens to be where I was born. We had fun shooting in Rosemary and Alys Beach and the weather was SO NICE! Colin will attend college in Ohio after graduating and hopefully still find time for breaks at the beach!

A special shout out to Eric who kept us company and laughing during the shoot. Colin is lucky to have a friend like you!

literally. He is a great musician and plays in our worship band at church. I had such a great time with him and his lovely mom at Baytowne last week. His gallery was full of fun images, I had a very hard time choosing what to post!Cutler is home schooled and may very well be serving our country in the Marines soon. I know his parents must be very proud! I also want to point out his great sense of style. We have had a nice cold snap here in Florida! Dylan and I (and can't forget Mom) experienced it first hand. You would have never guessed that he was numb and freezing in these photos with his charming smile. He braved the weather nicely and was such a good sport! His sense of humor kept us going until the sun went down.
Dylan will attend college in Florida next year and is involved in competitive trampolining. I LOVE gymnastics and only wish I was athletic enough to do it! Well, maybe in my next life! Thanks Dylan and Mom for braving the cold with me. It was a pleasure!

Dylan's just a country boy at heart living it up at the beach! We had a great Sunday afternoon session in Rosemary, though when the wind blew I about froze!

I had a great time getting to know Dylan and his mother. Even though he is still deciding on colleges, anyone of them will be lucky to get this sporty guy. He plays basketball at SWHS, golfs and enjoys hunting back in Alabama.

I had the hardest time choosing which image to blog...so, you get 4! This girl has got PERSONALITY!!! I had an absolute blast playing with Jordan at her photo shoot. Ms. Cami came along and brought out the goofy side! Thanks girls for making my job so easy!!! Jordan's parents wanted to gift her a session as a graduation gift and I was honored to have a part in that. After graduation she is going to pursue medicine.
